Paddle Itinerary |

Start: Oxley Park Reserve, Wellington 50km south of Dubbo on Thursday.
Wellington is located 370 km north west of Sydney on the Mitchell Highway.
Distance : 150 km along the beautiful Macquarie River over the next 4 days.
2022: We are trialing a new format, later start, skills evaluation for river conditions, early finish day 1.
Day 1 - Paddle Distance 20.4 km
Wellington to Ponto Falls.
Distance: River distance 20.4 km, paddle time 3.7 hrs (times are approximates)
Camping: Ponto Falls Reserve.
Day 2 - Paddle Distance 51.0 km
Ponto Falls to Bril Bral Reserve.
The distance on river distance 17.3 km, paddle time 3.1 hrs
Morning Tea at Bril Bral Reserve ( carried)
Bril Bral to Lazy River Dubbo.
River distance 34.0 km, paddle time 6 hours
Lunch at the end of Buckhubble rd at Yeo Gazebo
Camping: Lazy River Estate (approximately 12 km by river and 5 km by road from Dubbo).
Day 3 - Paddle Distance 48 km
Lazy River, Dubbo with stopovers at Terramungamine Reserve and Burrabadine Reserve.
Distance : River distance 36.0km, paddle time 4hrs
Afternoon: Burrabadine Reserve to Dickygundi Reserve. River distance 12.0 km, paddle time 2 hrs
Camping: Dickygundi Reserve.
Day 4 - Paddle Distance 35.3 km
DickyGundi to Narromine
In the morning we paddle from Dickygundi onto Brummagen Camping reserve.
River distance 21.4 km, Paddle time 3.7hrs
Then to the much longed finish line at Narromine. River distance 13.9km, Paddle time 2.5hrs
Portage for all camping gear will be provided. All meals are included.
