2024 Catering Coordinators:  Andrew McKay & Pamela Warren

​Without the dedicated support crew we muster for the "WomDomNom", the paddle would simply not happen.


Tuesday Night: Pre-Dam Wall Paddle 
TBD

Wednesday Dam Wall Paddle (15 paddlers)
Breakfast: Dam Wall: Cereal, juice, Up and Go, bananas, tea and coffee.

Morning Tea: Paddlers to carry: Muesli bars and fruit ( bananas, oranges, apples and pears) 

Lunch: chicken, ham and salad, wraps and rolls and fruit.

Afternoon tea:  Bridge Motel Wellington 
Beer, Soft drinks, juice, chips and cheese, biscuits, salami, olives

Dinner: Lion of Waterloo: 
Paddlers to order off menu.
Official welcome at 7pm

Day 1: Thursday Oxley Park to Brilbral

Breakfast Oxley Park
5:30 - 9:00 Cold breakfast Cereal, juice, two fruits, yogurt, Up and Gos, tea and coffee
​7:30 - 9:00 Egg and Bacon rolls (Eggs, bacon, damper rolls, relish)

Morning Tea - Penny and Sam Deshen: 
Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, 
Muffins and lamingtons (Sangs bakery Wellington) 
Seasonal Fruit- apples, oranges, nectarines, seasonal fruit

Lunch - Ponto Falls: 
Salad and meat rolls and wraps
Seasonal Fruit - watermelon, pineapple, oranges
Soda stream for soft drinks, juice

Peach Trees 
Lollies, Fruit - apples and oranges museli bars 

Dinner - Brilbral:
Chicken Casserole, Beef Casserole, Salads
Bread Rolls 
Vegetarian: Casserole

Dessert: Maureen's Chocolate cake and little big dairy extra thick cream. 

Day 2 Friday: Brilbral to Sandy Beach 
Breakfast

Table 1: Hot - Breakfast Scrambled and fried eggs, sausages, baked beans, bacon
Table 2: Toast  4 x 4 slice toasters : sliced bread, jam, peanut butter, vegetmite, nutella, bananas
Table 3: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, juice
Table 4: Cold Breakfast - cereal, two fruits, yogurt
Table 5: Muesli bars, lollies, water, fruit for the day (supplies table)

​Morning Tea Heath Yeo's (10km down stream)
cakes and slices 
Seasonal Fruit - apples, oranges etc 
Tea and Coffee

Lunch - Butlers Falls 
Salad and meat rolls and wraps
Seasonal Fruit - watermelon, pineapple, oranges
Soda stream for soft drinks, juice

Sandy Beach Dubbo 
Pre dinner Snacks: chips, jatz crackers, cheese and salami, olives and gerkins and fruit
Drinks: beers, ciders, soft drinks cordial

Dinner: BBQ
Dinner: Scotch fillet steak, gourmet Sausages, Vegetarian option
bread rolls 

Dessert: Fruit salad, cakes, cream, custard


Day 3 Saturday Sandy Beach to Dickigundi 
Breakfast
Table 1: Hot - Breakfast Scrambled and fried eggs, sausages, baked beans, bacon
Table 2: Toast  4 x 4 slice toasters : sliced bread, jam, peanut butter, vegetmite, nutella, bananas
Table 3: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, juice
Table 4: Cold Breakfast - cereal, two fruits, yoghurt
Table 5: Muesli bars, lollies, water, fruit for the day (supplies table)

Morning Tea:
Toilet stop at Terramungamine Reserve (13km down stream if needed)
Muffins and slices GF Brownies
Fruits: Apples, nectarines, oranges 

Lunch: Ian Morley's 
Cold BBQ Chickens, sliced ham, Coleslaw,
leaves and sliced tomatoes, seasonal Fruit
wraps and sliced Cheese
damper rolls


Dickigundi Reserve 
Pre dinner Snacks : chips, jatz crackers, cheese and salami, olives and gerkins and fruit
 
Dinner:
Lamb roast, mashed potato,  mashed pumpkin, salads, vegetarian option
Bread Rolls 

Dessert: Mangoes  and fruit salad

​Day 4: Sunday Dickigundi to Narromine 
Dickigundi 

Table 1: Hot - Breakfast Scrambled and fried eggs, sausages, baked beans, bacon
Table 2: Toast  4 x 4 slice toasters : sliced bread, jam, peanut butter, vegetmite, nutella, bananas
Table 3: tea, coffee, milk, sugar, juice

Lunch /Post Paddle: Narromine Rotary Park
Burgers and buns : Mince patties, lettuce, tomato, beetroot slices, onion, tomato sauce 
Wraps and Rolls, sausage sandwiches
